Castigatori The Game Awards 2020

The Game Awards – Editia de pandemie – a avut loc pe 10 decembrie 2020. 

Marele castigator de anul acesta a fost The Last of Us Part II, care a lasat in urma cateva titluri importante precum Ghost of Tsushima, DOOM Eternal sau Final Fantasy VII Remake. Desi povestea acestuia ramane in continuare unul dintre cele mai mari controversate subiecte ale anului, jocul a reusit sa castige inca 6 premii importante: 

  • Best Narrative
  • Best Game Direction
  • Best Audio Design
  • Best Performance, prin intermediul lui Abby (Laura Bailey). 
  • Innovation in Accessibility
  • Action/Adventure Game

Desi 2020 a fost un an bun pentru gaming, lista castigatorilor a fost previzibila in cea mai mare parte, iar surprizele nu prea s-au inghesuit sa apara. Insa ca de obicei, cele mai importante anunturi sunt strecurate de-a lungul evenimentului, sub forma unor trailere sau prezentari pentru jocurile care urmeaza sa apara in 2021 sau mai tarziu.
